I tried Enzyme Free Cell Dissociation Solution PBS Based from Millipore (S-014-B). For my tumor cell lines it does not work very well. The cells dissociate from ground but still hanging together. Extending the incubation time to 2h didn't help. What are your experiences with the Sigma (C5914) product?
