you can first simulation the near-field of a nanosystem, then tranfer the near-field data directly to the dipole source, and then calculate the re-radiation in the presence of the dipolar source. This is a little bit exact answer.

A quick answer, is just calculate the near-field then use the 4th-power relation to estimate SERS enhancement factor.
