Most probably you don't have a variable that has the exact name of comp1.cNa and a geosmetry object that has the exact name of geom1 and you don't have the domain 1.

You need to define them or make sure you are spelling them exactly right.

You may turn one the equations and check the spelling, if you have not created the variable.

If you are using a file that is created by someone else, make sure your comsol is using the same convention for naming, i.e. comp1.
