can anyone please share your biosynthesized Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles picture?

I have synthesized a ZnO NP using a lactic acid bacteria supernatant and extracellular protein. Both routes resulted in a white precipitate at the bottom, but I am not sure whether it is a ZnO NP or not. Attached herein is the image from both route

My opinion is, the prepared material is zinc hydroxide ZnOH so you can filter this precipitation and washing it several times with distilled water and with ethanol then finally with acetone. Then dried the resultant in oven at 400 C for 2 hours to break the O-H bond. So ZnOH will convert to ZnO after these steps
