I have a 100 mg/ml stock solution of EdU formulated in DMSO that I store at -20 °C. For in vivo use I dilute it to 5 mg/ml in PBS prior to injection and I would like to know about the stability of the EdU solution in PBS. Specifically, how long can it be stored and at what temperature?

Dear Kris,
Solutions of EdU in PBS are stable for 6 months when stored at 4 C.
Solutions of EdU in DMSO are stable for 1 year when stored at -20 C and protected from light.
