I assume you are writing about ECM protein glycosylation and not their cell receptors.
I will be glad to look over your manuscript, but I am very skeptical that tumor cells make their own CAMs in order to metastasize.
Since ECM proteins usually have simple sequence elements (usually devoid of glycosylation) that engage integrins, it sounds implausible that the cancer cells would have to make their own ECM, especially in aggressive cancers like gliomas.
If, however, you can make a case of non-enzymatic glycation of proteins (often linked to diabetic complications) and glioma, then you might have something.
