How do you access the data of the sensogram curves ? The options that the GE Biacore software provides are not useful, export curves just export a bitmap (with a very bad quality by the way) and export result table does not export the sensogram data but just a summary of specific timepoints, example:
18 s. => general baseline
82 sec => general binding
98 sec -> general stab..
etc...
Is any way to access the full sensogram curves (all timepoints) ? Better if it is in Matlab or R.
Which program are you actually using? Look for "Data export" in your manual e.g. http://www.gelifesciences.co.kr/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/28-9768-78AA_Biacore_T200_Software_Handbook_web.pdf - it should be possible to export the data points and baselines as a tab delimited text file, which can easily be imported into other programs.
