I need to measure the kinetic of antigen and antibody. normally I use the proteinG chip , fixed the antibody and flow the antigen and it works fine, but yesterday I had to work with some HumanFc tag protein. So I decide to immobilize the Goat anti-human Fc on CM5 chip in 2 flowcells (got 300RU each).

I calculate the theoretical R max = 50 RU

Then flowed the HumanFc tag protein as a ligand at the flow rate 30ul/ml for 60 sec and got the capture level = 20RU. After that I flowed the antibody as an analyte and got the result as shown in pictures.

And I have questions.

Is there avidity in the binding result?

What parameters should I look for to know if the result is true and acceptable?
