If i have three concentration (20ug/ml, 40ug/ml and 100ug/ml).

Each of this concentration give different excitation wavelength (e.g 273, 275 and 276nm respectively) and different fluorescent intensity.

If we were to choose a fixed excitation (e.g 275nm) for all three concentration for scanning to get the fluorescent intensity. Would that affect the intensity value?
