Journals are taking advantage of publication but actually, they are dependent on authors, reviewers. In this whole publication process reviewer is a person who directly not getting any benefit from the journal/publication (Even paid journals). I am searching for such journals that do this or provide some other fruitful advantage.
I think there should be some criteria for journals as well that if they charge directly or indirectly then reviewer or other people who are working as a team should also be benefitted either mentioning name as a reviewer on paper or shares.

To facilitate a speedy turn-around when a rapid decision is required, European Open Science Publishing offers a review model in which selected peer reviewers are paid to deliver high-quality and timely peer-review reports.
Reviewers are paid for each review that is delivered:
- High quality: The quality of the review must be approved by the editors.
- Timely: The review must be delivered to the editor within its due.
Reviewers are paid 7 EUR for each approved review. After a minimum of 3 approved reviews, reviewers can withdraw the amount they acquired via PAYPAL.

Mostly journals dont pay .they dont even give any reviewer certificate for that someone has reviewed the paper .
Reviewing for a journal is scholarly work and thus can be part of your CV and contribute to your applications for promotion.
Journals may not give certificates or other acknowledgements, but they always send an email thanking you for submitting your review, in my experience. Save these as your documentation.
Thanks for all the important points. But I think paper processing time gets highly reduces if some publishers provide paid reviewing services. This directly increases the benefit of all (publisher, reviewer, author). Delay in reading is just because of low interest to review. We should avoid preference to free publication as indirectly any organization needs money to run. Most publishers do editing work, language correction, formating, as indirect charges.
Some reputed journals pay the reviewers a reviewing honorarium. As an encouragement they pay extra if you conduct it within a specific time. But unfortunately all the journals do not do it. Sometimes they try to get a free job on the pretext of "academic recognition".
