Why there is a frequent raster operation failure amid Hydrological Analysis using LiDAR based 5m DEM in the ArcGIS 3.0.1, ArcGIS 10.8?

I am facing continuous raster operation failures amid Hydrological Analysis. It is very rare that the software ArcGIS 3.0.1 and older versions performs the operation properly if putting DEM 5m in the input. If somehow, compute the Flow Direction or else, is not visible, even in the ERDAS Imagine 2014.
