I just wondering why RG still not having an application for android. Now, the publicity of RG is wide and it is the time to think in android system users.
Research gate must consider mobile apps for android.
Yes researchgate must having an android app so that when reseachers move from their workspace they still connected with research.
in this month, Research Gate in new design with mobile browser mode different than desktop mode.
I believe it had to do with the resource allocation for the company and the fact that most researchers still use their computers laptop/PC while working on their research and spend time exploring social media of research (researchgate) on those devices. However, it seems that moving towards apps mobile platforms is inevitable for any business so it is not uncommon to see researchgate release a mobile app soon.

an android probably will spoil the feeling of doing research. mobiles are just not the devices for serious research.
We are really waiting for the RG app for android specially in Africa (some countries) were you can easly get network on your mobile without having it on your PC.

I consider that indeed, would be a good strategy, I initially look at Playstore gone and nothing, would increase coverage and would be much more accessible
Until now there is no app. for RG platform in android but you can make shortcut to link of your RG account in your mobile home screen as i do.

2019 have been started and still no ResearchGate applicaction for Android platform!
I hope that the managers of ResearchGate find the solution to solve this issue as soon as possible.

RG app for iOS has not been as well develped as its website. I use RG app for iOS but most of the time, I do prefer to use the website, instead of using an app with limited access to the features of RG.
I think we all can wait for the andriod platform of RG app as its iOS version is available and most of the android apps are developed after the introduction in the App Store.
Yes, it would be much more convenient to use RG via an android app. I really look forward to see RG android app.
