For a PLSR model how can I view the RPD values in the PLS toolbox? Or the only option I've in this case is apply the formula 1/√1-R^2 ?

I can't find the RPD value in the PLS toolbox. I'll be grateful for the guidance. Thank you

Can a PLS-DA model result in values of specificity and sensitivity which do not match the data in the confusion matrix or table?

In the diagonal the number of correctly classified samples are equal to the total number of samples in that particular class but the sensitivity doesn't appear to be 1.000
