I have been trying to thaw my frozen H9C2 cells but none of the cells attach to the flask, I had some other cell lines stored along with my H9C2 vials, they are thawing very well. I tried changing media, and preincubating media before thawing cells to maintain the media pH as suggested in the datasheet from ATCC. Do H9C2 need any special attention that I am missing? Any suggestions!!
