Can anyone kindly help me with the best way to induce hypertrophy in H9C2 cardiomyocyte cell? If yes, kindly suggest the ideal protocol for it. Thanks and looking forward for your kind response.
Angiotensin II, isoproterenol, endothelin-1, cholesterol (methyl-beta-cyclodextrin), advanced glycation end products, phenylephrine, phenanthrene, dexamethasone, Cucurbitacin-I, potassium bromate, resistin, high glucose etc have been reported to induce cellular hypertrophy in rat fetal cardiomyoblast H9c2 cells.
