It's difficult to obtain JCPDS cards because they are a paid database, but I can give you an alternative. You have now a CIF file, and it's possible to generate a hkl list, using this CIF file and the softwares VESTA or Mercury. With the hkl list, you have the same information as a JCPDS card would give you, as I described in another discussion:
