Why are there dots of blue in my miniprep samples after addition of P2?

When performing a miniprep using the Qiagen miniprep kit on an ON culture of chemically transformed DH5alpha cells, I noticed blue spots, perhaps blue precipitate, in my miniprep samples after adding buffer P2.

There should not be any lyseblue in my P1. And the solution does not turn blue after adding P1 anyways.

Does anyone have a similar experience or know the possible explanation for this?
