Hello fellow researchers,

I would like to know if any of you have tried both a Qubit Fluorometer and also a Nanodrop on the same samples (DNA, RNA or protein) and which you deemed as more accurate and why? Which was more sensitive at measuring low concentrations of sample? Which do you prefer more overall, including the differences in the time it takes to prep samples for the Qubit? Which molecule type (nucleotide or protein) does either instrument work "better" with, if even.

Thank you for taking the time to read and, perhaps, answer my question.
