this choice of anticoagulants depends on the downstream processing. If you further want to do stimulation assays or analyse the pathways where Ca ions signalling is necessary then go for Heparin, otherwise EDTA may work.
Heparin blood may serve the purpose of EDTA but it cant be vice versa.
