I tried several differentiation protocols and all work from passage 2 on. With one of the protocols I used I got more than 90% differentiated cells up to (including) passage 8. But another differentiation protocol only worked until passage 6.

If you don't let it enter into stress due to overgrowth,you can get 90 % differentiation till P-10 & 70-85 % till Passage-15.

For exploration studies, you can use beyond P-10 but for crucial experiments,it is suggested to use below passage-10 or less.
