I need to use LB media at different pH (6.5/7/8) and I found that MOPS buffer has the right pKa that cover my range:
MOPS pKa at 25°: 7.14
MOPS pH range: 6.5 – 7.9
However, I don't know at which concentration should I use it.
Can anyone help me?
