When I see the work done with microscopy in the 1880s, I have to say that the microscope isn't that important as long as you know how to look. That said, I trust Nikon or Olympus for their camera systems.
Dear Hafiz From your question it follows that in addition to the microscope you need a camera attached to it. In our case we use a dissected microscope Zeiss Axioscop 2 using an Axiocam camera and AxioVision program (v. 3.1 software at 1300 × 1030 dpi), if well there are more recent software of this program, and after that a Zeiss Axioskop compound microscopes with or without Nomarski differential interference contrast (DIC), with the same camera.
