Which kit is better for extraction of RNA virus from cell culture 1- viral rna and DNA from blood OR 2- total rna from tissue
There is Qiagen RNeasy kit that you can use for the extraction of viral RNA from cell culture. It all depends on the scale of your experiment: if you have lots of samples, I'd go with a kit that allows you to extract RNA in a 96-well format. If you only have a couple of samples, why don't you use a regular tissue RNA extraction kit or trizol?
Re. blood versus tissue: again it depends what the kit is intended to do-isolate virus from serum or whole blood. Two different things. I'd go with the tissue kit.

Hassan Nima I really worked with phenol chloroform it gives good result but time consuming and tedious when I deal with many samples thank you
1) Trizol
2) innuPREP Virus RNA Kit (Analytik Jena)
3) QIAGEN ( QIAamp Viral RNA Mini Kit)
I prefer innuPREP Virus RNA Kit (Analytik Jena) cheap and quality is good (kit).
We used Jena bioscience kit for rna extraction from cell culture and it worked.
trizol method gives better yield but lower purification.column based kits give better purification with lower yield
