Hi! I would like to run Differential Scanning Fluorimetry experiments with Bis-ANS as dye. Our AB-qPCR does not support the excitation/emission wavelenghts ( 395 nm/ 500 nm). Do you know of any HT instrument that could do that?

Usually you have to change the filters to get the ex/em you want. some machines can have multiple filters. Looks like the common machine used for ANS is Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer equipped with a temperature. Not sure if that is high-throughput though. Maybe stratagene machine.

Is there a special reason why you need to use the Bis-ANS dye?
If not, you should try nanoDSF, an advanced and native DSF method working without any dye, just recording the tryptophan fluoescence. Therefore you can also measure membrane proteins in detergents. It has a lot more advantages, such as ultra-high resolution to detect more unfolding transitions of multidomain proteins such as antibodies.

There is quite a number of high-throughput instruments you could use, for example Bio Assay Readers (like HTS 7000) from Perkin Elmer, Tecan plate readers (like Tecan Infinite M1000), Varioskan Flash microplate readers from ThermoFisher Scientific or FLUOstar®Omega Microplate Readers. It is hard to recommend an instrument if we don't know what your options and constrains are. Is buying an instrument an option?
u can use time scan option, with Sinco fluorescence spectrometer, this can be equipped with programmable temperature control water bath. this is similar to Differential Scanning Fluorimetry.
