I dissove Tacrolimus in DMSO and it gets absorbed and Tacrolimus is found in blood in safe levels. I want to know where exactly Tacrolimus act in the urinary bladder.

I have gone through this paper. I use DMSO to dissolve tacrolimus. Tacrolimus gets absorbed with DMSO. it might be decreasing inflammation in bladder. Thanks for input.
Tacrolimus Prograf FK-506, together with Cclosporine, is a basic immunosuppressive inhibitor of T helper auxiliary cells and prevents the formation of IL-2 as triggers, ie to stop the immune response at that level before generating CD3, CD4, CD8 subpopulations responsible for rejection. It is given to kidney transplantation, especially the liver, where it is most often the main drug like immunosuppressive! That's part of the Calcineurin inhibitor group, like Cyclosporin, and it's all over the body!
The concentration of Tacrolimus will be more in bladder cells and it can have a direct effect before it reaches blood and acts as calcenurin inhibitor.
