Hello, I am wondering if any of you experts could help me with my peptide design.

I want to design a peptide that can penetrate the skin cell and specifically target the epidermal growth factor receptor expressed on the keratinocytes.

Can any of you guide me on how I can start? I know that I need to begin with the structural analysis of the EGFR and model a peptide that can bind to the ligand-binding domain, but I am very clueless on how to proceed.
