I am studying massively parallel protein-protein interaction. Is there a good source for a ready DNA library, where a protein gene (or part of it) would be surrounded by standard adapters? Like so:
Standard_adapter_1 | Protein_Gene | Standard_adapter_2
I am looking for a physical source, where I can buy such library or receive it as a gift.
Please don't suggest cDNA libraries, as those have huge untranslated areas.
