I am planning to boiling the solution with mixture of hydrogen peroxide and ethanol. What safety issue it may be exposed to and what should I do to prevent it? Should I evaporize the solution in fume hood that could evacuate the gas? Or other issue I have to add a risk control on it?

You want to avoid any sort of exposure (skin contact, inhalation of vapors, ...).
Ethanol is highly flammable and explosive, hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizing agent. This suggests that the mixture will be highly reactive and possibly explosive.
The polarity of Ethanol stabilizes H2O2 compared to water. As ethanol acts as a proton acceptor (in acidic condition, pH of H2O2 is around 6), the reaction of ethanol with H2O2 would be endothermic in nature. The reaction won't be explosive in nature.
Best course of action would be to try and make the reaction happen on a smaller scale (with PPE on & a fire extinguisher nearby along with other measures) and see how it goes.
It depends on the strength of the H2O2 solution. A high strength H2O2 (high test peroxide or HTP) used to be used as an oxidiser in rocket engines with something like ethanol as a fuel. So be a little careful and use high dilutions.
