I have some works to be done in the next year. All the data have been collected and will be interpreted in the next year.

Aim to live a healthy life, try to learn "how to learn human", shall switch to a new workplace.

I am not a great friend of planning; it would impede my scientific creativity. My development strategy is to work by research topics. Major concerns will be: holistic human health as economic growth engine of the 21st century and the role of economic rent as killer of human productivity; exponential medicine and the physician profession; new economic bargaining models (from the win/lose to the win/win economy). In addition, I hope to elaborate my works on humanistic spiritual science.

Completing my current research

I planed to do four different researches obout poultry nutrition since 2019.

I am adding to a number of papers on psychiatry for publication. I am also re-starting research on Christianity.

I intend to advance my education, possibly, PhD. A lot of papers directly align with my research interest will be written and published in top class journal. My research based NGO with colleagues will kickstart!!!.

I have the clear idea to finish my project about the University School Jena (1924-1950) in the essential parts. That depends not only on me, but also on the release of important archive materials. In one case, it took a whole year for me to obtain the publication permission I requested. I have to commission further archive research. I hope to be able to upload some more texts, which have been published for some years, but have not yet been released by the publishers for private publication.

Earlier this Spring, I proposed a book to Elsevier that was recently accepted. So, I am busy in the thralls of recruiting subject matter experts in public health. The book drives my schedule based on the due date so I create key milestones in relation to that deadline. Normally, I work in quarters and like to show 25% progression at 3 months, 50% at 6 months, 75% at 9 months and 100% at 12 months. Though I keep a working table of contents that my contract requires I submit in March, I also like to stay ahead of the game. My plan is to recruit until mid-January and have preliminary first drafts submitted by March 1. Preliminary reviews will guide me regarding potential copyright permissions, graphic development, addition of pertinent reference material, etc. From there, I will work with SMEs to determine the next round of draft due dates April to September leading to the final document. I will author book chapters as well editing but getting the ball rolling with other SMEs is a priority. I am also rewriting a business model plan for submission. When I finish this manuscript, I will begin to conduct research on chapters that I will likely write. In addition, I am trying to get home improvement projects back on track where I live and seeking a permanent position. I love to do the contracted books and publications but I am seeking a place where my skills will ease some of the obstacles as an Independent. Working from home forces me to keep many things in order.

I have plans to complete my data analysis of a major study of pedagogical innovation I conducted in fall 2017 and write up the report for presentation (for AERA and NARST) and publication submission in the spring and summer 2019, respectively. I then will turn my attention in late summer, fall 2019 to a more current study that I am undertaking this fall semester and proceed on a similar timeframe for it. I have found that if I give myself a minimum of a year before I finalize my data analysis of a study that I am more prepared to turn a more informed and critical eye toward it. Publish two of my research efforts of 2018. And by March, I'll commence a research project on Executive Compensation in selected hotels in Southwest Nigeria.

I'm planning on continuing to publish on various topics in a multitude of journals, either in Hungarian or English while preparing for my PhD examination. Also coming up with a plan which great European country to "escape/move to" before our country collapses under the burden of dictatorship. In addition, I want to find a job abroad in the near future. For me, continuing the research undertakings started in 2018; particularly "cross-cultural validation and measurement invariance of student engagement in higher education" (postdoctoral research) and "meta-analysis of social interdependence theory" are top on the research agenda. Along with, I am planning to publish in a range of areas from previously completed research works, including some from my Ph.D. final chapters on cooperative learning.
