If we treat MCF--7 cells with Tamoxifen and 4-OH Tamoxifen drug for 5days. and then we are going to check a TGF-Beta level in this cells and compare with non treated cells. Dose it make any difference in TGF beta level in treated cells due to drug treatment .What you people think about this? TGF beta level can evaluated by ELISA method, using anti human TGF beta antibodies.

There are already quite some publications dealing with tgf-beta pathway activation upon tamoxifen treatment. Before performing any experiment, check them out so you can refine your scientific question.
