What is the reason behind back flow at the outlet of ansys fluent?

a simple laminar pipe flow (water) with velocity inlet and pressure outlet boundary condition. outlet P(gauge)=0. operating P=101325. operating density =1.223. back flow occurring at the outlet. why this happening? who to eliminate this?

Reverse flow occurs when the solver doesnt have enough data to solve for the parameters for a particular area in the mesh. Under that condition the solver input a pseudo flow from the outlet to obtain sufficient data for solving.
