How to simulate free/natural convection in fluent?

this is (in the picture) 1/4th of my problem. oil is passing through the elliptical pipe, temperature 350K. the oil is cooled by free convection heat transfer by air surrounding of the pipes. now, i select the parameter for the simulations

density based-steady-(-9.81g)-air(ideal gas)-operating density 0-pressure101325-oil inlet .3m/s-oil outlet 0 pressure-air pressure inler 0-air pressure outlet 0,

but its not working. divergence detected in the solver.

how to model this problem?
