I would like to know what is the maximum microRNA concentration that can be used for in-vitro studies.. Like 100nM or 200nM ect.. Kindly suggest me regarding this.
In the protocol of Santa Cruz, it is recommend to use maximum is 250nM. The minimum concentration is 60nM. I think it will depend on the company and siRNA concentration.
I am totally agree with Kamil. You need to mention the cell type, purpose of the experiment and downstream experiments. I was working with granulosa cells and 50nM was working well in my case.
