Our lab uses a mouse model of malignant glioma. We do intracranial implantation of GL261-Luc2 mouse glioma cells. I attached one of our publications but if you're interested I'd be happy to discuss more.

In order to make suggestions, it would be helpful to know what your research question is. There are many many models of gliomas that can represent different histologies, tumour grades, genetic backgrounds etc. Are you wanting to do orthotopic xenograft models, RCAS-tva, transgenic models...?
Regardless of the induced model you choose, remember that there are limits to their translational relevance. Pet dogs, specifically brachycephalic breeds, develop high grade glioma spontaneously, and are a highly relevant model.
