I want to optimize my IMDM for HSC culture via the reference of SFEM II. As you know SFEM II is too expensive.

Well, these people don't maintain the pricing power they have by telling everyone how to make their own... There are places you could check, like patent documents, or FDA filings. But usually this is not something you can easily find out.
If you can't pay, it would be best to gather what information you can, add some literature searching, especially old literature, from before there was big money in media. Then, do some optimization of your own, and you can oftentimes get there.
