i am looking for the appropriate dosage of DHT in C57BL/6 mice that can be given orally to compensate for gdx. I haven't found an appropriate study that has used it. If any investigator has done this kind of experiment in the past please guide me here.

ps: i am not looking for hormone replacement pellets dosage here, the oral dosage for mice
DHT is gonadal hormone que is solved in oil, but the best admnistration is in oil of sesame. but if you have DHT that is soved in wáter, you need give aproximate 2 mg by day. other patway is introduced cristal DHT in to a tube of sylastic of 30 mm and you made a subcutaneous implante.
@Prfirio gomora-Arrati: is there a way to give the mice DHT as in mixed in their water, my phenotype is very sensitive to stress and giving DHT injections everyday subcutaneous is going to affect my results,
Also for sylastic implant they are super expensive from innovative research and i don't have enough money to try that. that's why i am looking for oral administration
I have report in that I given oral glicinamide in private rats of wáter for 24 hours, in this case rats take up wáter and stress is reduced by not blocked. the other forme is gabage administration but, this es very stressent to animals, and you need buy a catheter to introduce in the stomac. but I think that you need made a dosis response curve and you can initial with 1 mg of oral DHT, one time that you have a good result you can sellect the effectiv doses

no I sugest that you disolved 1 mg of DHT in 1 mL of water, then you pririvated from water more or less 2 o 4 hours and later given the DHT with sirenge. its necesary that mice learning first to take water from the syrengy. If you additioned some of sugar animals learning more rapide.
