The problem with freezing our mastermixs with the enzyme is that freezing certain active enzymes such as the polymerase family of enzymes tends to result in diminished or ablated enzyme activity - in other words, freezing our RT enzyme will likely 'kill' it. what is the best way storing master mixes for months ?
Mix all the component without the pol. Then thaw and add pol prior to use.

you have two possible options:
1- get lyophilized mixes and add water when ready to use or lyophilize your own mixes in individual PCR tubes.
2- pols from qPCR mixes are stable in the fridge (2-8C) and some can be repeatedly frozen and thawed atleast in their provided master mix. What you can do is use those enzymes (from Sybergreen master mixes). The enzymes can be bought separately and not in their qPCR mix therefore you can use them for regular PCR examples are FIREPol® DNA Polymerase ( https://www.solisbiodyne.com/EN/products/pcr/firepol#tab2 ) and AmpliTaq Gold DNA Polymerase (https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/N8080241 ).
I would make a test run first though to test stability before making a large batch of your master mix.
