after replication of RNA viruses in the cytoplasm of the host, both of genome RNA and host RNA are existing in the cytoplasm but for packing of the virus , it should detect its RNA genome. How is Virus RNA diagnosed for the packing?

thanks for your answer . but my question was how virus detect RNA genome from host's RNA for Viral genome packaging ?
I am not an expert on all viruses, but I know that for HIV (and the other lentiviruses, there are RNA secondary structures that specifically interact with (bind to) specific regions in the viral capsid packaging proteins (Gag protein in lentiviruses) or core of the virus. There are also many other protein-protein interaction that take place to transport the core particle with its RNA bound to it, to the site on the cell surface where the envelope and other proteins are organizing a new virus particle to bud out from the cell surface. In lentiviruses, the RNA stem-loop structures are named the "Psi elements".
