I suggest Chloroquine as an attractive drug agent effective for the inhibition of autophagy because it"s stability in vitro experiments is expected to be longer. You have to keep in mind that the cytotoxic effect becomes significant as time goes in vitro experiments.
There's also Bafilomycin A1 which is a much better alternative.
Along with Chloroquine, bafilomycin A1 and 3-Methyladenine are other commonly used inhibitors of autophagy in C2Cl2 cell line.
