I’m working on a 3’UTR tissue optimizer software, and I’m looking for a mouse mir expression database.

The few I could find were lacking in most tissues.

While the human databases are very extensive, not all mirs analogs have the same expression pattern in mice.

I found this one that seems to be the most expansive, but it’s missing liver, lymph, GI and a lot of important tissues.
