Strong cation exchange HPLC columns are used for separation of positively charged compounds. What is the optimum parameters (washing solvent and time) for washing the column after daily use of it with mobile phase (e.g. ammonium dihydrogen phosphate), and also for regeneration of the stationary phase.

Recommended conditions for daily cleaning and regeneration will depend a lot on the SCX column's packing material (substrate and modification), so its best you find the datasheet for the column or contact the manufacturer. Generally, flush with at least 10 column volumes of mobile phase for daily cleaning, e.g., at high salt concentration or high pH. For regeneration, often repeated injections of 0.1M NaOH will be recommended for an SCX column and possibly the injection of organic solvent (e.g., acetonitrile), but again this depends on the packing material.

The best solution to regenerate the column will depend 100% on exactly which brand and type of column you are using. Their are many different versions available and no 'universal' answer to the question. I strongly recommend that you review the column guidelines supplied with the column or contact the column manufacturer for advice. They have a great deal of experience with the specific column and should be able to provide you with some starting conditions.
Regarding a "wash" solution for routine cleaning of the column (something that should be done after each analysis), the best solution is the one that will dissolve your samples in and which will elute them quickly off the column. This is usually a stronger solvent than your mobile phase, BUT one that has excellent miscibility with all of the possible compounds that the column is used with.
