Which one good buffer for pre-treatment of conjugate pad in Lateral Flow Assay:
1) Tris-acetate containing NaCl and 8% sucrose
2) Tris-HCl containing NaCl and 0.25% Triton X-100
3) Sodium borate containing PBS-Tween and 10% sucrose

I would like to suggest you to use borate buffer, 8%sucrose,BSA & tween. That should be fine

Hi @Snehal. When you say "Borate buffer, 8% Sucrose, BSA & Tween", do you mean this can be bought or this should be manually mixed? I am also new at this and I am also working on LFA.

@ Ma Kristine Yuzon .All chemical mixed in laboratory. Mixing is done by step wise.
