I am planning inplanta bioassays by using endophytic BCAs against bacterial pathogens to see its efficacy and mode of action. Previous work illustrated good results invitro and inplanta by SEM immaging. I want to move forward and proceed with some experiments, Any suggestions?

Pseudomonas syringae D3000 was the pathogen and BCAs are endopytic bacteria. My strains managed to stop the colonization of pathogen in the detached leaves and roots. Now, I want to further my studies in more depth.
Pst DC3000 is probably the best model for leafspot disease, and you can continue tests on seedlings, but, if you main target - vascular pathogens, it is better to use Xanthomonas campestris and brassicas, Pseudomonas syringae pv. apata and its host plants (beet, cucurbits, sunflower), Clavibacter michiganensis or Dickeya spp. and tomato - all pathogens that can cause plant wilt since early stage of growth. There are many choices.
