is it ok to say necrosis will increase the activation and expression of anti-apoptotic genes and pathways?
I have some problem in my project which lead me to think that necrosis will increase the activation of genes related to survival
it's important to know the answer, please

Dear friend as you know both of them are different,I want to tell you that, apoptosis starts with 1 cell and continues in other cells if the condition continued, after sometimes when the apoptic cells amount grows up the tissue get to Necrosis.
Apoptosis needs gene experesion in both of itspathways,but there is no neccessity for gene expresion in Necrosi, because apoptosis gets the order from iside of cell but necrosis is under extra cellular conditon most of the time,and intra cellular conditions
If a factor fpr growth or maintennace of growth is missed in culture then apoptosis occurs...one cell at a time.. with shrinking cells along with condensation of chromatin in packages....if it is a generalised damage in many cells together then likely necrosis with differences in nucleus morphology and sweling of cells.
