I'm looking for two types of the databases:
1) One that contains the data about microRNA (miRNA) targets.
2) One that contains the data about transcription factor targets.
Are there any of these kinds?
Particularly I'm looking for miR-34a targets and STAT3 targets.

for both types of databases you are searching for there are many options. Regarding the miRNAs targets, in my opinion, the most used is TargetScan (http://www.targetscan.org/vert_72/), which I also would suggest you to use. Other good options can be PicTar (https://pictar.mdc-berlin.de) or MicroT_CDS from the Diana tools (http://diana.imis.athena-innovation.gr/DianaTools/index.php?r=MicroT_CDS/index).
Regarding the TFs targets a really good tool is TRANSFAC (http://amp.pharm.mssm.edu/Harmonizome/resource/TRANSFAC), which contains both manually curated or predicted targets. Another option could be Pscan (http://159.149.160.88/pscan/), which accepts as input the RefSeq IDs, if I'm not wrong. Hope it has been useful.

U can download mir targets from mirbase and run through the gene ontology tools to assign GO then,sort for transcription factors or whatever as per ur need
