Currently I am trying to plot a heatmap or 3D surface plot, that represents relationship between 3 variables. I am new to R studio so I keep struggling with my code. Therefore my questions are:
Is there any simple code for plotting 3D surface graph or a heatmap?
Are there any specific requirements for a data-set format regarding to one of these graphs?
Hey Lukas, there are several functions in R that allows you to plot heatmaps and they come in different flavours. A simple code? It depends of how much you would like to customize the plot.
You can try to look at some more tutorials until you make it work some are easy to follow as the one from S. About specific requirements some functions as heatmap.2 need the input data to be a matrix
