Do you mean the software for statistical analysis or the statistical tests or tools which can be applied to see normality of data?

There are multiple software and multiple ways to check the normality depending upon the statistical test you selected.

Its about testing reliability and validity of a instrument, about its accuracy, precision, repeatability and reproducible. Actually, i am interested in knowing the best statistical tests which can help me knowing the reliability and validity of the instrument.
