I need two proteins co-labeled. Unfortunately, both are are polyclonal antibodies with rabbit as the host. I am trying to look for easy solutions to label one of them with a fluorophore to avoid non-specific signals. Has anyone used any labeling kits that are user-friendly and have decent yield by the end of the procedure?

In general, they wrote that it is possible to use the same host, but better avoid it.

I understand. Unfortunately, I do not have options commercially available other than rabbit polyclonal antibodies for these specific proteins I am looking into. Do you have any experience in tagging primary antibodies?
