I did an ELISA for bovine IFN-Gamma in triplicates but the standards did not work good and did not give me a nice standard curve and at the same time I ran out of my samples. The results for the ODs are very consistent But I would like to present it in Pg/ml not ODs . Can I do the standards again without the samples?
Or do you have any other option?

I would not trust in concentrations calculated from a standard curve in a different plate. I do not think that you can express your results in pg/ml. If the standard curve was not good, perhaps the samples were also bad in your experiment...

ODs in an ELISA are just the indirect value of the concentration of the protein in the sample. That is the reason you run an standard curve, to compare OD values of your sample to those of samples with known concentration of the protein. To summarize, in a cuantitative ELISA you are looking for concentrations (pg/ml) not for OD. I personally do not trust in statistical analysis using OD values, as they usually far below 1 (ie 0.1).
I do not understand what you mention about ODs being very consistent? Did you performed a linear regression to standard curve values? Is the squared R values low (the nearer to 1 the better)? A image of the curve would be useful.
