As a beginner in electrochemistry, I tried to obtain cyclic voltamograms of commercial anatase powder deposited on an ITO substrate or on Eteck. After several attempts, I noticed that my cyclic voltamograms of commercially purchased TiO2 powder deposited on ITO or Eteck did not differ from the CV obtained for the initial ITO or Eteck. Moreover, I cannot detect the reduction or oxidation peak of the Ti4+/Ti3+ couple. I have searched the literature for some CV graphs for initial ITO or Eteck substrates, but found none. Does anyone have such data?

This may depend on the extent of the peak potential maybe, and may also be affected by a range of factors. Can you send your own pictures for measurements? So that I can help you properly Sara El Hakim
Firstly, You need to check the potential window you are using because the redox peaks depend upon potential window which is applied. Also try to use different electrolytes if you are just using PBS. Polishing of electrode and thickness of film deposited on electrode surface also matter.
